Character from my Story, Novena.

This is one of the things i've been working on, this one is for a style guide for one of our classes. I'll probibly end up modeling her in the end...at lest I think that's what this assignment is leading up to... >___> yet another attempt at finding my "secondary style." mmm flexability. Her head's a bit squised don't you think?

I really like the soft colors of the picture...ambient = the coolness. =)
Her costume design is pretty nifty and the tattoos on her back are bonuses. ^^
Hmm..with the squished head...I think it is just the hair, just raise it up a little and all (if that makes sense =/) Otherwise this is very pretty indeed.

WOW, you've gotten better! That's absolutely amazing. I really like your choice of color and how you applied it in just the right way, subtly conveying an almost surreal quality...I hope you do more digital painting, and I hope you get even better. keep it up!

Thank you very much! I'd like to dabble into more painting when I have time. It's something that will be really important later on if I want to do texture art for games D: I've always been so afraid of coloring my work because i didn't want to mess up, but now with photoshop and my Tablet I really don't have an excuse not to color, lol.

Thank you again, I'm glad you like it and can see some imrpovements. It's encouraging.

Wow, gorgeous colors. The scars on her back really capture my attention (and they do look lime scars to me). Makes me wonder if she used to have wings or somethin', you know? Fantastic design overall, I kind of want to do a chibi of her! ^-^
