I can't believe it's already been 10 years since i started writing my story, Novena. I've been hammering out the Lycan race a bit. Here is my favourite Character and semi-antihero, Darminion in his Lycan form and traditional garb.

I could go on forever about the lycan race and their attributes in my story, but I'll spare you the details and leave that all in my Character Bible. if interested I'll include a very condensed history.

The lycans are one of many races in my story. They consider themselves to be a level beyond that of man and beast since they can assume either form. They're A highly civilized race with enhanced senses and physical abilities, yet incapable of magic usage. they consider it an insult to be compared to the wolfen race, an anthropomorphic race, inferior and almost primitive.

Although they share the same common language language. Unlike Lycans, Wolfens cannot Transform, instead, appearing as a much smaller, scrappier bipedal wolf-like creatures. Despite the great strength of the Lycan Race, the Wolfens greatly outnumber them.
